feb 19 2009

This morning got up at 5am there was snow so got to the gym later then yesterday.

Today was my day off from jogging. I did stairmaster aerobic workout level 5 for 30 minutes
burned 200 calories.

How did I feel at the begining of my workout? I found the time went by faster. After 20 minutes i was tired.

How did I feel when I finished my workout? I felt proud that i finished it.

Next week goals to add weights into my workout.
