Today I woke up at 5:45 am went to the gym ran 3 miles. Today seemed harder then yesterday my thighs are hurting me today.
How did I feel at the beginning of workout? after running 8 min I though i won't be able to go on, but I pushed my self.
How did I feel after finish the 3 miles? Couldnt wait until it's over.
I will weight my self next monday
